Q1. Do you charge for the samples?
A: According to our company policy, the samples are free, we only charge the freight. And we will return the freight if you set the order .
Q2. Can you produce the product according to customer's requirement?
A: Sure, we are professional manufacturer, OEM is welcome.
Q3. What about the quality?
A: We can provide you samples for quality inspection. If you order to us ,we must promise the quality , if some quality problem happened, we can have a negotiation of the compensation and sign agreements ,and our after-sales department will perform the duties as the agreements.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
